Cognition - Discoverers - We're going on a bear hunt Speech and Language/Literacy Activities

All these activities are best completed after reading the book, watching a reading of the book these can be found in the Story section (or after the Owl class story session if you are in Owl Class).

Activity 1: Story sequencing - sequence the scenes from the story in the order that the family come across them, follow this activity with making the 'We're going on a bear hunt' map activity in the Family Fun section.

Activity 2: Find and Match - match the small section of the scene with where it is in the big picture.

Activity 3: Where and who questions - Look at the pictures and answer the where or who questions.  Full instructions are in the document.

Activity 1 - Story Sequencing

Put the scenes from the story in the order that they occur and then make your own Bear Hunt Map (see Family Fun), can you go to your local park to follow your map and have your own bear hunt?
