Literacy Lesson 3 - Chinese New Year Red Envelopes

Watch the video below where Ness tells you about Chinese New Year Red envelopes and explains the tasks.

With an adult choose the task that suits you best;

Task C - Choose a Year of The Ox Envelope to print, make and colour.

Task B - Print and make the blank envelope.  Draw a design on it.  Include the year and a picture.   Use the colours red and gold/yellow.

Task A - Do task B   THEN  Make some Chinese money to go in it.  Copy the front and back of the 50 and 100 Yuan notes.

If you don't have a printer just draw your envelope on blank paper.
