Get to know coins
We all enjoy using money, like when we play shops or go to the shop with an adult. Here are some activities to play with coins.
A. Show your child the different coins we have and see if he/she knows what they are called.

C. Your child probably enjoys ‘posting’ items, so either use a piggy bank for this activity or make one from an old box/container. Your child can help you decorate it with taping some coins to the outside. Provide a pile of coins for them to post – count the coins together.
