Public Transport - All About Buses
Buses are a very useful way to get around, so let's learn a bit about how we can catch a bus and take a journey!
A. Can you plan a bus journey to go into Reading with your family? Where else could you go? Thorpe Park? You could use Google Maps and get directions or go on to the bus website. Find the bus numbers and times that you could travel. How much would it cost? When you have planned your journey, type or write it down and email a photo of it to your teacher.
B. Follow the sequence in the link below for going on a bus journey. Roleplay being the bus driver, the passenger standing at the bus stop and getting on the bus. We would love to see some photos of you role playing this!
C. Let's sing along with this Bus journey song. Can you see the driver? Can you see the passengers on the bus? Maybe you can see buses from the window of your house! Why not send your teacher a video of you singing or dancing to the bus song?
