We make free, high quality videos designed to:

An audiobook lending charity for those that find their illness, mental health, physical or learning disability affects their ability to read the printed word or hold a book. 

At just £20 for a year’s online membership, you can have access to a vast collection of audiobooks, available 24 hours a day. Members can download and listen to books on the go using an app or stream them online through the website. Members can also receive access to thousands of newspapers and magazines from all over the world through

Family Intervention Resources and Support Team (FIRST) - supporting families with sleep and behavioural issues - run by Wokingham Borough Council

 

The aim of the Family Intervention, Resources and Support Team (FIRST) is to provide information, workshops and training around sleep, anxiety and behaviour. The team comprises of two qualified Sleep Practitioners, one Behaviour Practitioner (trained in advanced Team Teach) and one Family Support Worker, who can help families with implementing the strategies where this is required.

Anyone in Wokingham Borough who is supporting a child with a disability and has an interest in sleep hygiene or behaviour management is welcome to attend

Self Referral is possible.
